These Terms govern paid use of Vitrine's AI jewelry-imagery service ("Service") by a business customer. By purchasing or using the Service you agree to them.
Vitrine generates AI on-model imagery of jewelry from your product photos. Output is produced by AI; while we run a fidelity check, output is provided for your review and approval before use.
Where you connect a Shopify store or Etsy shop, you authorise Vitrine to read the product/listing images you select and, only with your approval, to write a generated on-model image and an AI-disclosure line back to that product or listing. On Etsy we write only to a secondary image slot — your primary image and price are never changed — and you approve each listing before we do. You remain responsible for ensuring your listings and their imagery comply with that marketplace’s policies, including Etsy’s Seller Policy and Creativity Standards and Shopify’s rules, and for any AI-content disclosure your market requires. The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.; Vitrine uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
You grant Vitrine a limited licence to host, process and modify your product images solely to provide the Service. You warrant you own or have the rights to those images and that our agreed use infringes no third-party rights.
We do not use your images or store data to train, fine-tune or improve any AI model, ours or a third party’s. We process them only to produce your deliverables.
On full payment, Vitrine assigns to you the rights it holds in the finished deliverables, so you may use them in marketing. Vitrine retains its underlying models, tools and know-how, and may show non-confidential samples in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that: infringes anyone’s intellectual-property or publicity rights; depicts a real, identifiable person without their permission, or is intended to impersonate or mislead as to a real individual; is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or depicts minors; or breaches Shopify’s or Etsy’s rules or those of any platform you publish to. You may submit only product images you own or are licensed to use. We may refuse, remove, or suspend generations we reasonably believe breach these rules.
Deliverables are AI-generated and depict synthetic models, labelled per FTC guidance. You are responsible for any additional platform/jurisdiction disclosure.
The Service and deliverables are provided "AS IS", without implied warranties. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, or that any generation will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitrine's total liability will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid in the prior three months or US$100, and Vitrine is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. You indemnify Vitrine against claims arising from your content or your use of deliverables.
You may stop using the Service and uninstall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, use the Service unlawfully, or where needed to protect the Service or others; where practical we will give notice. On termination we delete your data as described in our Privacy Notice.
