By using this website (“Site”) or requesting a sample from Vitrine, operated by Online Commercial Systems LLC (“Vitrine”, “we”), you agree to these terms.
Vitrine creates AI-generated product imagery and video from a brand’s own product photos. Output is generated by artificial intelligence and, while we work to keep your product faithful, results may vary and are provided for your review and approval.
If you ask us for a sample, you authorise us to use your publicly available product images to create it. You confirm you own or have the rights to those images. Samples are provided free, with no obligation on either side, and either party may decline to proceed at any time.
The Site, its text, design and Vitrine branding are owned by us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Rights in any finished paid deliverables are addressed in a separate service agreement provided before purchase.
Don’t use the Site or our service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, or to submit images or products you have no right to use.
The Site and any free samples are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitrine is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or samples. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
