Current pricing is shown at purchase — a subscription billed through Shopify (for the Shopify app) or Stripe (for the Etsy app), with 3 free images to start so you can try it before you are charged.
Paid plans bill in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your Shopify admin (Shopify) or from within the app / by emailing us (Etsy); access continues to the end of the current period and you are not charged again after that.
Because images are produced on demand, fees are non-refundable once we have generated the images for an order, except where required by consumer law, where we fail to deliver, or at our discretion if output is defective and we cannot fix it on a reasonable re-try.
Contact hello@vitrine-ai.com within 30 days of a charge and we will investigate in good faith. Please reach out before a chargeback — most issues resolve by email.
